Ah I recognise that reg no from a couple of Allegro Club events in the past, which had a lovely black 75 tourer lurking amongst the Allegro's. I think the owner had and now again has an Allegro.

Hey Pete could not get close enough first to read the sticker in the back, I was gently cruising with cruise control on taking it steady with my mum in the car. Had a nice run down from Hampshire, on my way to see another member's car

Your nearside rear light was very dull in comparison to the offside. Good to have seen you though

Hi Bolin, it is a nice Royal Blue Tourer and yes still go to Allegro do's in that and have another Allegro in the garage. Should I know you? are you part of family where father, daughter and son have had Allegro Estates?

Ian

It was the number plate that triggered my memory, then caught the sticker as I got closer....

We are in Portishead visiting the in laws for the weekend and heading back to Bucks tomorrow... Was wondering how far down you were heading, was hoping you were aware of the M5 being closed because of the horrific accident last night...

Goo to see you too...

Pete

Hope you have a good weekend, weather was much better than I thought that it would be, and fortunately was getting off at junction 22 therefore before the tragic accident.

Was surprised to see that you were doing a long journey too, I did a total of 280 pleasurable miles today

Glad you recognised the number!

I have been covering a fair few in mine recently. It does this run every 2-3 weeks but is usually just the missus. But will be back to Bristol twice next week for work and Norwich thrown in to boot!!! Probably about 800 miles next week!!!!

Suppose I should change that bulb before all that!! lol

Yeah maybe you should!

Mine covers about 400 miles every week and it is a lovely car to drive. When I got home tonight I did not feel like I had done the amount of miles that I had.

Cheers

Ian
