I used to spend many a happy time stood outside Greenham Regis chatting to Mike who used to work in there before he retired a few years ago.

You must let me know when he is coming in again so I can pop around for a chat as I haven't seen him in about 7 years. I used to work in the building below Nigel Gee but left the company in 2005. The company then relocated around the corner and I came back 18 months ago.

Good to meet you Chris. Good luck with finding the leak but at least you know where it could be coming from and how to resolve it now.
