Default Engine noise on cdt

On tickover there is a dull thumping noise, which is also present when revs are increased, but dissappears when clutch is pressed, new clutch kit cnc and dmf fitted less then 1200 miles ago, make any sense to anyone?
When stood next to another cdt,my car is noisier

Richard I've been thinking about this on my way home, did you say it's done it ever since the clutch or has this come on at a later date?

Hmmmmmm I wonder if a very slightly slack flywheel would do that or wether it would be more of a rattle Are they a pull or push clutch on them?

Col, i'm wondering if it is the flywheel wheel that is at fault and when he is pressing the clutch it's taking up the play on the flywheel,

I thought they were but not sure, that rules out the flywheel hitting the back of the engine due to endfloat as pressing the clutch would push it further in towards it & would make it worse at least that's my theory but it would prevent the flywheel wobbling hence my loose flywheel theory

As I said I haven't been happy with the guy that did the job since I first spoke to him.I think its been a bigger job than he realised and has screwed up something somewhere, would you be in agreeance with that theory Colin?
