Dead ZTT-Plus

Hi Everyone, first time poster so be gentle with me !!!!!

I regret to announce that my MG,ZTT-Plus has bitten the dust and I am wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing it at a very reasonable price for spares or repair.

The vehicle is a MG, ZTT-Plus, December 2002, B.R.Green 244,000 miles on the clock.

Two weeks ago a rather expensive sounding bang eminated from the engine compartment, and after being retreived to the local garage it was found that one of the pistons had rotated in the barrel, and was now lying on its side with the piston rings visible through the plug hole.

It has a replacement engine that was fitted just over a year ago, it was due for an M.O.T and service last week, but taking this into consideration it is now beyond my means to have it repaired.

I have already spent large amonts of money over the past three years with many parts being replaced, receipts available.

Looking at his profile it says 2.5 V6.........

I have PM'd the seller to ask him to add in a price for everyones info as well.

I never thought of looking there! Thanks, shame though as I can't afford to insure a V6

I'll PM him about price now.

Surely if it had a new engine fitted there must be some comeback on the person who fitted it?
