Default Radio query

On this 2004 car on Autotrader, the radio is neither a Harmony or Symphony. Is it a standard fitment for a 2004 car, and would a Symphony be an easy conversion?

The Symphony would fit straight in and would use the large iso connectors, the steering wheel control wires woul need altering.
This "how to" shows where the steering wheel control wires need to be connected. [Pins 2 and 3 on the large grey ISO plug]
