Exhaust repair/replace
I need a little advice.
The rear box of the exhaust has dropped. It appears that a bolt is unscrewed itself and fallen off. I am based in SW London. Is there anywhere that can be recommended to get this repaired. I don't want to go to G Kingsbury as I don't want a second mortgage to pay for the repairs. Cheers Ian

are you talking about the strap which retains the rear box to the two rubber bushes.this strap does corrode quickly.see if you can find a second hand one on here and have it fitted..absolute NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- to fit with the exhaust i situ.

Hi Pabs
It looks like this is part of the issue. I drove the car a short way and there is a real 'thud' when the clutch is engaged. I am hoping that the rear box issue isn't a symptom of a bigger issue...
