Wanted: soundproofing

Not 75 related, but I'm after some soundproofing to put on the inside cowling of my outboard engine. Any offers?

Trouble is, with it being a 2-stroke, I don't want to spend a lot on soundproofing as I really don't think it will make much difference. Most noise will be induction and transference to the hull of the boat I'd have thought. But I want to try it anyway...

Any ideas?

NoiseKiller are not far from you in Oldham. I was impressed by the kit they put in my car.
They do marine stuff too.

The guy in charge is Steve Bithell, who seems happy to give advice.
