Default The gremlins are still active...

JHC, now it's developed a shudder/miss
Most evident at idle with a rough patch in the tick-over or stutter/jerky at very low throttle setting when in gear with the EML coming 'on' for a while (maybe over a couple or 3 start-ups) and then going 'out' for a time...and then reappearing - it's now done it 3 times!!
She's always been very smooth. I don't have a code reader so is it perhaps a plug coil (they appear to be Champion's version of the later type) as mine is a 2004 Contemporary or something else...

Try cleaning the bore of the throttle body. Ensure the lever that pulls the throttle open is firmly fixed and the spindle is free to move smoothly.
