Default Urgently seeking Parts for Gearchange Mechanism

Hi All
I am urgently looking to source parts for the gearchange on my R75 2000 CDTi Tourer, very early 2004 model.
The parts I'm after are as follows:
ULS000020 - Cable - Shift X 1
ULS000030 - Cable - Selector X 1
ULS000040 - Clip - Cable X 1
ULS000050 - Clip - Cable X 2
I've sent an e-mail message to X-Part requesting availability but I wonder if I should enquire in other directions as well? Does anyone have any suggestions of where I might search?
Regards
Tom

Hi,
if you need both cables it is better and cheaper to replace the complete mechanism.

Xpart have plenty of these in stock.

Cheers,

Hi,

they were delivered from XPart within 1 day last week for my car. My workshop needed about 2 hours to fix the whole mechanism. Price here in germany about 145,- EUR + VAT for the parts.

Regards

Gert

Thumbs up

Hello Transam and Gert,
Thank you very much to both of you! That was a great suggestion. The dealership parts department did not make that suggestion when we enquired about the cables themselves. But you're right the complete mechanism is available in 2 days at £94.02 + VAT. This is much cheaper than cables alone. Very strange.
Thank you both again
Regards
Tom
