Default I tried a different wax on my ZT-T today.

I cleaned my ZT-T and used Colinite 476S wax. I was very impressed with how easy the wax is to apply and remove and if the wax lasts as long as it is meant to, I will be very happy.

That's the stuff I use on my '75 - I love it.

It's highly rated on the detailing sites, and a coat or 2 protects the paint for months at a time. As it goes on nice and thin, a tin will last a heck of a long time, which is an added bonus. I'd be interested to see how you get on with it long term.

Cliff

Thanks Cliff, it has rained today and the rain water has beaded really well on the paintwork.

I am hoping the wax is going to last a while on the paintwork and it will make my ZT-T easier to keep clean and wash.

I use that wax a lot, plan on getting a coat on before winter. As long as you don't use strong tfr on the car that coat will see you through winter. I apply it with a damp megs foam pad spreads nice and easily.
