Default Plenum blocked

Plenum drain allows water through and it was bone dry when i looked. But I can't get it to clear of debris and it feels like the rubber is trying to push in instead of clear. I was using a garden cane as I have done since day one. Am I likely to get a better result with a pipe bender and is it worth reverse rodding. Don't think I'm in trouble but could be on the road to it if I don't investigate further.

Reverse rodding will be hard due to the duck bill on the end of the drain...

I pulled mine out and cut the duck bill off, then put it back in...
