Default Will this key programmer work on our cars?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-type-...item25a5004b8b

Would I be able to get a key from a breakers and code it fully?
If it does I'm prepared to buy it and replicate keys for FREE.
Others around the country could do the same.
Lets not have to scrap a car because of a lost key.

EDIT:
After 8 pages of vitriol I can save you reading further if you have just come to this thread.
It would seem that the device will work to clone a key BUT it will only have a lifetime of 200 starts then it and the original key are useless.
So in a nutshell,not a good idea!
I would hate to think that someone got a new car only for it to be completely dead within a few weeks and stranded.
Its a great shame that no one just said this right at the start.

Hi Shawn.
Have a very careful read of the advert. Think out of the box for a while and what you propose. I'm not saying anything else, it's you're call!

Let's all try and undermine all the good work and time the traders put in to keep our cars going!

I wonder Shawn, do you get paid to go to work or do you do it for love ?

I posted something that I thought may be of help to others the other day and got a good kicking for my troubles. This is that weird mindset that I'm encountering. Do you know what I know about key coding? Nothing!
Do I think paying a couple of hundred quid for a key is a joke? Yes!

The traders here don't charge *£200 for a key go to a BMW dealer if you are feeling flush!

I really get the impression your always trying to bring the club and the traders down all the time. Not good when these guys are helping the members to keep their cars running. You will eventually get their backs up and due to you crying wolf it's likely they may not be happy to help you when you do need it. I'd say stop hounding them.

Shawn you dont have to pay a couple of hundred quid for a key, there are members on this forum who can provide that service they wont rip you off, and they will do you an honest job,

Good luck in your quest in trying to wind up marinabrian and other traders on here.

If you say so, constantly baiting the T4 guys on here questioning what they charge for their services etc!

Offering to do everything for nothing as the good Samaritan that you are.

Obviously the 'traders' are the bad guys

Why not come along to the national meet on Sunday, I know Brian will be there so you can talk to him face to face and tell him his prices are wrong

If you're willing to do free keys, rather than me be robbed of the cartel on here Shawn, then I'll see you next Tuesday .

Just waiting for someone to come along and supply parts for nothing now, and supply and fit stereos for free too and I'll be able to get another 75

And stop paying my subs
