Default Gear linkage needed urgently

Dear All

I urgently need part numbers UKM000060 and ULS000040 to repair my car (my only car). The garage it is at are coming up with no parts when they search. I've tried the MG Rover parts searcher, but no joy. Rimmers say they have 22 on back order but no date.

Having broken down last week and having a new master and slave fitted, I have only just got him back, and now this.

It's a manual 2.0 CDT by the way.

I really need to find these parts. Does anyone have any ideas, please?

Very best regards
Else

Thanks Gazcaz, Xpart don't seem to have either? I have emailed South Lakes Minis, and have passed the details from the last link (funny, I searched and got nothing for ULS000040 at all) to my repairing garage.

Thanks Walter.865coupe, but would prefer to go for new if at all possible.

I'm guessing these may be only for pre facelift cars, but not sure what the difference is. A very good price for new parts though.

Hope this helps.

The 'shifter assembly' is no longer available. I'm surprised to hear of a failure - it'll be the first I've heard about - but then my handbrake (ratchet) spring failed last week: only after searching about have I found a couple of others with the same fate. Your only recourse for the shifter is going to be s/hand I'm afraid.
