Mpg on display

Hi everyone

I was wondering if there is anyway i can display my mpg on the little lcd screen on my dash whilst driving.

My car is a 75 tourer cdt club.

I'm assuming you don't have the message centre?

If you look at the obd link on my signature I think there is an mpg option but it's quite fiddly to find it
