Well I don't smoke (very asthmatic) can't drink (epileptic) and I'm fortunate enough to be allowed to drive. Aside from her indoors, driving is my main pleasure in life - thus I don't mind the expense. There's also a chance of getting some dosh back when I sell her ... then there's the car

I wouldn't mind road tax going up if the government are willing to pay for the repairs to my vehicle caused by the pounding it takes on the roads because of work out road surfaces.

It is not designed for the kind of abuse it takes.

hope car tax doesn't go up too much other wise the wife will start giving me grief to get rid of the car again she keeps dropping hints that it is too expensive, get a newer smaller car that will be cheaper to run

Well I don't think we can stand another hike in fuel costs, prices at the pump have rising again quietly.

Oh and I do hope my beloved cigarettes don't take to bigger hit..
