Default BMW Part Compatability

So we know that the 75 used the in car entertainment systems from BMW. But for those of us who aren't fully aware of ICE savvy, what exactly can be retrofitted into our cars?
I know you can swap the head unit for the BMW widescreen and use the MK3 and MK4 nav drives but what else?

Are there bluetooth head units available, car phones etc etc?

as you say the 16,9 head unit works with the highline set up.the bmw 24 radio module is a straight swop, the bm54 radio requires adaptors.the bmw bluetooth module or url as it is called also works with the highline.in fact the microphone clips straight in the interoir light where rover was going to install it b4 they changed there mind.there is also a radio module callled the bm54 back which is round pin which will work with the highline but is a straight swap for the rover unit need no for adaptors

I have just fitted a BM54 BACK and it is an improvement on the original with Highline + Harmon Kardon. Its round pin but needed an aerial adaptor as the connector is FAKRA. Got both from ebay. The tuner came from Finland in 2 days
