Led front lights for 75

Hey there, I´ve got 75 produced in 2000 and when driving it do enjoy myself. However, it makes me a little sad when I see new cars with LED day lights on and my precious doesn´t have it. Does it even exist? if it does, do you have any information about it? thank you very much.
btw, I don´t mean the ones you can bye everywhere, which don´t look nice at all. What I mean is integrated inside the light itself. I am from the Czech Republic, so please excuse my English.
