In my case it's already there which means that I don't need to waste time nor money to get it. And it definitely is an improvement over the Harmony system. When it gets warmer I'll try to improve on it a little by fitting crossovers on the main speakers. The boot space is a real issue though. The 75 saloon boot is a joke to begin with and the sub makes it even worse. This is one of the major issues that might push me over the edge and go shopping for a new ICE system. Problem is that that system will not just cost £500. Maybe this thread should be move to the ICE forum instead?

Mine does not take up any real room
I don't find it has much "Fi" about though let alone "Hi" Still it is nice to have it included with the car because obviously it a lot better than the standard setup but would I have paid extra for it from new.... Rumour has it though it is not working at its best by default and some Bass blockers to the main speakers are supposed to transform it. Rumour also has it the MGR engineers were not allowed to do what they really wanted to do with the set up hence it is a compromise |
