I've noticed the drivers side rear door black C panel is faded on mine.

The only rust I have seen on my 2002 Tourer is on the passenger door edge by the chrome trim, but it looks like this was a bang on a wall when opening the door (probably the wife's satanic offspring not caring a hoot about the car they travel in). Rubbed back to bright metal, primed, painted and laquered.

Mine's going in for a precautionary check around the rear wheelarch very soon as I am a bit concerned about a possible repair done when the car was owned by MGR.

2001 75 saloon:
Bodyshell completely rust-free, but has anyone ever checked their subframes?

Mine were really scabby, hardly any paint on them and rusting nicely. A good dose of hammerite soon sorted them though (and as my better half has just reminded me, my hair, the pillow case, bedsheets etc etc... ).

Pete.
