dials backlights?
hi guys and girls .dont know if im in the right area..but i want some advice on how i go about changing the dials backlights from white to amber . i like the 75s amber lights better than the white in my mgzt .his it a big job? and has anyone got any advice ,thanks in advance tony

Take the ipk apart and solder some 90 degree leds onto the board.

hi guys and thanks for quick replies, jimbo .that how to is fantastic but one question if i was to get a second hand one ,do i have to have my original one once soldered , put on a T4 ? or was it just because you had changed yours to a message one .. daft question i know .but i am a novice to all this regards tony

I know it sounds a bit bodgy , but to go from white to some other colour
has anyone tried some coloured filter material over the LEDs, Get those quality street wrappers out ?? C..

Behind the dial cards there are diffusers which direct the output from the led's - I reckon your suggestion could be possible with experimentation
