Question harmony unit

My 2003 75 has the Harmony tape unit fitted,i have a JVC cd player single din which i can fit ,is it possible to get a lead that will allow me to still use the steering wheel controls?Many thanks sean.

Autoleads and InCarTec are two companies that make adapter leads, you will also need a JVC patch lead to join the adapter lead to the JVC unit.

The Harmony has a 17 pin BMW connector, the JVC will have ISO connectors so you will need a BMW to ISO adapter lead. Get the steering wheel adapter lead with BMW connectors and fit that to the car loom and then BMW to ISO lead as that one has not got the steering control cables in it.
