If you believe that then im the Big Fat man in the red suit!!!

Why would they share engines with GM when we know they are developing all their own new engines form small ones to large V6;s and also a new derv.

We also know that they are not going to be selling MG's in Vauxhall showrooms as was spe3culated very recently, so again where has the information benn sourced??

Autoexpress are about as reliable as a thief.

Why does this seem far-fetched? SIAC and GM have worked together in the Chinese market for years.

The news that the next-generation Roewe 750 / MG7 would be based on the Epsilon platform appeared on AROnline on 5th December and is a logical move based on the fact that the existing platform is now over 10 years old.

Look here and scroll down the page about 1/2 way:

http://www.aronline.co.uk/blogs/category/blogs/page/2/

As for selling the cars through Vauxhall dealerships that has been dismissed by GM Europe. A more likely scenario is that the existing MG Dealers will be joined by Chevrolet outlets in order to fill the gaps in the dealer network but this has not been confirmed yet to my knowledge.

all of the new engines are being shared with gm.
the smaller ones are going in the next corsa as well as the mg3 , they are direct injection . there is a rumour that the bigger engines will be shared with the insicnia , makes sense as the next mg7/roewe 750 will use it's platform
