![]() Bought my 75 last week and am enjoying it apart from one little niggle! When i opperate the remote central locking, all door's except the driver's unlock and i have to use the key for that one. Is this a common fault or just a one off on my car?

![]() Common fault with door locks, replacement lock (ebay around £35) should cure it

![]() I have a similar problem with my 1999 Rover 75 Club. I have to press the immobiliser twice before the driver and front passenger doors open then press three more times for the rear passenger doors to open. I've just learnt to live with it.

![]() My drivers one is the same as yours, i assume its the locking mechanism, i got one form a 75 in the breakers..but it was very difficult to get out without breaking the window runner...so i'll just put up with it just now until i find out more about it, there is probably a way of removing and replacing the unit without disturbing the window runner, i replaced the rear o/s one last week and what a fiddle that was, so i'll wait til I'm feeling brave before i tackle the drivers one.

![]() Ah well, there's me thinking it could be something simple like a loose plug or the like! I think i'll just grin and bear it.
