good luck, make sure you get someone to look after you for the first 48 hours.

don't sit still for too long and have a little walk around every now and then.

Most importantly, eat plenty of fibre and don't cough or laugh.

2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning

Thanks.....not had a good day to day, the pain is very uncomfortable. I'm looking forward to the staples coming out tomorrow, only if its healed enough though.

I suspect that's going to hurt......only 12 of them
