Smoked pigeon on a bed of Dauphinoise potatoes with braised leeks and cabbage, washed down with a glass of chilled rosè! (Just took me 5 minutes to find out how to type a grave accent!)
Pics please!

Made a special request for Ging, she's out with a veggie friend who's having dinner here so its a red Thai fish curry. The sauce is done, waiting for them to get back before putting the fish in. Cook the sauce then the fish as it only takes minutes. I need to take a trip up the toon, that's the red curry paste finished and not really enough green to do anything with.

Good morning all

I am off to the clinic shortly to have the stitches removed from the shoulder, a relatively painless procedure. I had a lesion cut out last week, still waiting biopsy results. Then recharging all of our devices for our forthcoming trip on Friday: cameras, phones, torches, power banks - the usual. Packing finished.

Good blood results yesterday, the fasting Triglycerides and other bloods have returned to normal, ………oh Happy Days

Come December, it’s 5 years since Windrush- Derek passed away, he is still missed, along with all of those we knew and the close friends we lost from the club. RIP

Elroy and myself took over doing the birthdays from Derek. I know Derek would have not liked losing the “thank you” feature and would have spoken up about it, one of his great qualities

What’s everyone up to?
