Default Kicked where it hurts...

For any of us, to see damage to our car is painful, and this morning when I arrived at work and parked up I noticed damage to corner of front bumper (see attached photo).

I'm not aware that I've crashed into any other vehicle or stationery objects (usually you notice!), but having just got the grille trim properly glued onto my premium bumper to say I'm fuming is an understatement.

Anyway.... can anyone recommend a good paintshop in York or LS25 6 areas?

Feels like a Monday..... a NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- Monday

Default Damaged bumper

Thanks.

I'm not sure of the circumstances as I just noticed it this morning (car parked where it wouldn't be knocked as it's on a driveway)
No obvious signs of other paint and minimal scratching.
Anyway I don't care so much as how/where/when (although I'm annoyed), but need to get it put right, so any recommendations much appreciated

Andrew

Have a word with Chris at Retro Sports Cars near Brighouse, used to be MG Lifestyle before they got into a row about the use of "MG"! I don't think they do paint in house but should be able to point you to someone local.

Whatever has caused the collision has revealed the thickness of the filler from a previous repair. Wherever you take it for repair get them to check for any splits in the plastic from behind as well as on the front surface of the bumper which may need plastic welded.
Hope you get it sorted and looking like new again asap.
