I've just been to the garage & plugged mine in using the lowest amp setting of 10 amps on the Fenkee adjustable charger, I think it was around 50% charged so It'll be fully charged by breakfast time

Daughters just back from a fruitless search to get some fuel for her diesel Kuga, Four of the local garages sold out completely.

Passed 5 garages this morning - only one had a queue, and that was probably down to price. I always keep at least half a tank in most of mine, so will not add to the perceived shortages for a few weeks.

Morning all from a grey and misty Lanreath.
Visited the Lost Gardens of Heligan yesterday. Not really my cup of tea but enjoyed it nevertheless. It's one of the increasingly few places that accept dogs but they must be kept on a lead. Quizzie was, shall we say, more than a little frustrated as she adores running through woods etc. but she was a good girl and sniffed her way around for several hours apart from trying to pull me into a lake . I have to moan about some dog owners. Found a couple of "deposits" just left, lying there. What's the matter with these folks . We disposed of them in one of the plentiful bins provided but really . Moronic or what. And speaking of moronic we popped in to ASDA in St Austell for a few bits and bobs and guess what - no fuel. They'd run dry. Just down the road is Lidl and they do a lovely seeded bread so popped into here as well. Next door is Tesco with a fuel station. And......the queue had successfully grid locked the road. Ended up doing a less than scenic tour of various bits of St Austell go get back. Sometimes SatNav's are very useful . Have a good weekend everyone. Fuelled up the V6 and headed south for tomorrow’s meet, used half a tank on the way down, some garages are closed, some have massive queues and some are operating as normal!
