Default Weird central locking issue

My 2003 ZTT is having a strange central locking issue. So to make it hard to work out it all works perfectly fine by fob or door key if I disconnect the car battery then try to unlock, lock or super lock

Now if I put the key into the ignition and turn it on. Then turn it off. From that point on the central locking will never work from fob or door again.
Only way to lock car is by pressing inside door lock button on console then opening door from inside car and locking just driver via key. At that point it doesn't alarm or super lock

If i press the unlock button it all unlocks fine. Now do note the key or fob is being received as I can see the interior lights dim if I open door then immediately press's lock on key.

Strange I know. Also I have a full soare key and bcu. Changed them over and all behaves the same.

I think I am looking an earth or supply maybe but not sure once car is turned on.

Ideas?
Thanks. Trevor.

Trevor, check both fuse 32 and 36 in the passenger compartment fusebox
