@Lovel - that kind of method I used it in the first time, something my mind came up with.
@Simon - I just did the procedure you told me, now I just have to wait for the engine to cool down. I must point out something. After posting the picture yestarday, I took the car on a 200 km drive, high speed, overtaking and so on. I was expecting this morning for the coolant level to go down. I checked one hour ago , engine stopped last night, the level was still in the same spot BUT and it is a big BUT, there was absolutely no fsss noise that I had before, absolutely none.

So far so good, another long journey and heavy traffic conditions and the coolant level is in the green. Hope for the best

Thanks for the latest news Alexander. I hope that you are encouraged to find that following the manufacturer's official filling and bleeding procedure appears to be working. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this continues.
Simon

It's interesting isn't it that you reported coolant level variations, apparent coolant loss and even slight pressure in a cold expansion tank which following the manufacturer's draining and refilling procedure appears to have cured.
Yet still people insist that there was no question that it had to be head gasket failure. Simon

To be honest, I don't know what went wrong. From loosing coolant, then I had more coolant , it self leveled and after I did the official procedure and now it is ok. The small pressure in the tank still is, it is even smaller then before, but I have a V6 75 for 6 yrs now and always had that sound. I even asked other owners around here and they all have that small small pressure sound. Anyways, the car is fine and this is the most important. I'm driving the 75 as a daily and around 1.000 km / week. I need to have confidence in it, a failure on the highway is not on option. Just image, after spending ~7.5k euros in rebuilding the car from 0, to tell everyone I had an engine failure. Oh....the fingers pointed at me in that moment...

I've did another 1.000 km of climbing mountains, going downhill and twisted roads and after parking the car for 48 hrs, I have checked the coolant, I had no pressure sound what so ever and no coolant was lost. Everything spot on perfect, the car didn't miss a beat. Case closed . A big THANK YOU to everyone.

This evidence should be of interest to those who maintain that "pressure sound" without question means headgasket failure, and those who question the wisdom of draining, refilling and bleeding the system according to MGR's procedure.
