![]() I've been using one since they first came out and it's been excellent, especially the auto dry function as others have said. I had the hose connection start to leak once but I just screwed the connection in a touch and it completely sealed!

Mine has never come open at all, the whole device has always worked very well. I reckon you must have been supplied with a duff one! I've always thought that the small green cap looked rather vulnerable but as I say it has never caused me any problems.
