You will find those who have and still serve do not glory in taking life and very rarely talk about their experiences on active service.
We should also remember thnose of the merchant marine who also gave their lives to keep this country free, no glorious battles for them just conveys and praying that you make it back to port. As a ex serviceman I can tell you your average sailor or soldier doesnt want to kill but today you can sit in a office and with a joystick guide a drone to its target and it there is collateral damage bad luck. then you sign off and go off to the pub for a drink. Thats war by wire and evoid of any true emotion they might as well be playing video games |

Ghouls by whatever name in my opinion they are war graves and should be respected as such, these men died trying to escape the enivitable and deserve to rest in peace. its not about history but how much can we get for these souvenirs
