Thank you from Eileen
I would like to thank you all for your support and all your kind messages of sympathy. It means so much to me to know you all care.Keff spent many hours on your web site and had so much fun, he was always chuckling away at the jokes and the banter. I would like to thank Marina and big Russ for trying so hard to keep Keff alive but it wasn't to be,Trebor thank you for putting the steering wheel on the car, the last thing Keff said to me was "did I see you taking his photo to put on the web site" and yes I have it pride of place on my fireplace. I would like to thank Mr Bitsy's wife and her friend for comforting me and James, I would have gone to pieces completely without your help and kindness. I will be thanking you in person to those of you who are at the meet on Saturday 26th at Chasewater, which I know you have dedicated to Keff. You are wonderful people and I can only say a big THANK YOU

Hi Mrs Brum,
You may find we are a selfish lot on here, we know you had a good man there and we just wanted a piece of him. So thats us selfish In all seriousness it was nice to finally meet one of our "spam" alies, we had exchanged so many jokes and things on the forum, just knew he would be exactly as he was. Marina and I will see you next weekend

In all honesty I will sadly miss Keith's jokes. I spoke alot of him, and shared his jokes.
At work they would laugh and giggle, and ask where I had heard them. I told them with excitement that they were only a few of the ones I could remember. With the reaction and response I got, I would look forward to reading more to share with them. To my regret I never got to meet him, but he will always be a character I shall remember. He brought a smile too often....Actually to the extent of where my sides were on the verge of bursting open from uncontrollable laughter. All though I am quite ill at the moment, I have discussed with Toni (My common law wife) that we will attend the meet on the 26th in honour of BRUM29 AKA Keff. My 75 shall be washed and polished to the best of my ability, and will have a ribbon attached to the grille in respect and memory of him. Our hearts go out to you and your family, be strong........ |

Hi Eileen,
Many thanks for posting on here , I think everyone is happy to know that Keff enjoyed his time on the forums so much as this place is built on friendship and respect and of course the love of the cars I remember in keff postings when he was asking for help he would always say "I absolutely know nothing about messing about with the engine department stuff",and how proud he was when he completed his pollen change with a little help from his grandson |

Hi Eileen, it was an absolute pleasure to fit the steering wheel for Keff and a tragedy that he never got to drive the car with it on. Dont forget there are more photos from the Yorkshire meet which Tatts is putting together for you and will be sending after the funeral, so your fireplace had better be a big un !
Take care and see you on Wednesday and at the Midlands Meet. Rob.
