All the best for this afternoon.
I had a Biopsy done when I was 28 on a lump that was removed surgically from my chin. Luckily under a G.A. because I hate needles too, don't mind sticking them in other people, just as long as it's not the other way round.

Hope you get your results quickly and that it's favorable.

Russ

**Update**

Not good news, although they caught it soon enough, will be having operation to remove the problem. Don't even want to mention the C word........
Also have to go for a CT scan, keeping my chin up that it has clear results. As things appear to have gone belly up.

Still hoping I can make the Midlands meet.

I'm gutted, now pessimistic has a new meaning.

Don't know what else to say really. Apart from my real feelings are to create positives and begin to enjoy life more than ever

Hey Paul, Chin up.

As you say they caught it soon enough. Look at it this way.

You found the problem early and that is as much as you could do. Pretty sure you would prefer that and be able to have a clean bill of health with regular checkups in the future.

If you think about it thats a better situation than some who either have no idea, ignore the symtoms or dont find out until its too late. You should be proud of yourself mate for taking action early.

Please Try not to worry.
The best way is to remove things, and any Chemo or Radiotherapy as required.

I had Brain Cancer Seven Years ago and was given the all clear two years ago.
Will Power, Positiveness, Self Belief and Treatment are what cure you, if indeed you have the "C".

Be Positive and catching it this early is always the best result.

Positive is the thing to be. A good friend of mine had a brain tumor a few yeas ago and now has the all clear, my father had a bowl tumor in February and now has the all clear. Both were caught early.

Damn. Sorry Paul.

But with modern medicine being what it is, I'm sure you'll be just fine. But it's easy for me to say I guess sat here.

However, I worked with a bloke who was 42 and he had TC. The offending one was whipped out, and he had 4 sessions of chemo. He's fine now. He never even lost any hair.
