Does anyone have any opinions of what the error codes and likely faults
are?
It looks like it could be serious to me, any expert advice welcome.

Apart from a light puff of black smoke when you put your foot down after coasting a few yards.
Can be a little hesitant now and then when pulling away.
I only put the diagnostic on to play with and was supprised when those faults came up.
I have tried to put the results of it`s running parameters on but the screen grab was poor.

Clear the faults off the car and see if anything returns.

If the injector malfunction faults reappear then it could be the injector wiring, a known problem area. The wires are twisted pairs that run along the top of the engine, in a plastic tray. Could be intermittent.

Check the operation of the cooling fan, start engine and press the demist, low speed fan should be running.
