Default Seat Connectors

I was just my seat airbag connectors, as you do, when i found this connector hanging under the seat and the orange and yellow wires go into the seat.. There is no matching connector from the car itself.
The car is 2003 Rover 75 Club SE with factory leather manual seats. I assume these are for heaters in the seats. I've read on here about cars having the heated seats loom fitted in the car, but non heated seats fitted, It looks like I've got it the other way round.
I have a pair of heated seat switches and the 2 hole panel I bought for another reason, spare. So it looks like I have all the hardware, I just have to link them together.
What are peoples opinion on the best way to do this ??
