I have the Sanyo equivalent. They are awesome for watching movies when set up with a nice 7.1 surround sound system.
Mine runs on a 7 foot screen with a cheap but effective Tevion DVD surround sound setup. I occasionally have the Wii setup on it which makes it really fun when playing bowling with the lads.... Must say £600 WITH SPARE BULB!! is flippin cheap, but may I just echo, don't rush into anything just yet, HDMI pictures do make a difference |

It is cheap, but I have bought the 100 now. I bought the spare bulb from USA to try and save a bit of VAT, and then got clobbered by customs. doh!
It is still set up in the house, but even once it is taken down it can still be seen working if anyone wants to. And yes, Playstation takes on a completely different feel on a big screen. Especially car racing! This is my work email: [email protected] |

No problem Sancho. The 100 has arrived now so the 10 has been taken down and boxed. It can still be seen working if anyone wants to. It is a fabulous quality projector.

Perhaps this is not really the place for this. I have moved it to the AVForum.
Thanks for looking though. |

I have a cinema room at home with a projector, KEF Reference speaker set up & a 7x5 foot screen.
How many hours use has the bulb had? Does it have RGB inputs, S-VHS, ETC. Is it LCD or other? If I could sell mine I could be interested. Last edited by AURORA MG; 16th May 2008 at 21:04.. |

Hi Aurora,
Yes, it has 2 component inputs (RGB), S-VHS, composite and PC. It is an LCD projector. The bulb was installed earlier this year and has less then 200 hours. The spare bulb has about 1000 hours on it. So all in all, should be good for about 10 years, with average use. The expected lifespan of a bulb in cinema use is 3000 hours. Phil |
