mgzt160 v6 coolant

hi looking to flush out my coolant.
have bought some Halfords mixed antifreeze and coolant.
do I have to mix 50 50 or just pour in the system.

Is it Halfords Antifreeze & Coolant Concentrate? If yes mix it with water!
But its got to be OAT antifreeze!
