Paypal account hacked - Page 2

Paypal had put a block on my account after i had tried to carry out some transactions from darkest Africa and my limit had been reached. Apparently Central and East Africa is on their bad list, hence my account being blocked. It was reassuring to know that the security set up had kicked in.

It is useful facility, even though I feel it is like walking on eggs when ever I have have to use it. Nigel - really good advice and tips Many thanks. A scary story. Where are these hackers located? I had a program for being able to track them down and this could be seen on a world map. Some of them originated in Russia, China, the USA and sometimes London.

A mate bank account was cleared out a couple of months ago from Korea
