Default V6 flywheel wear?

Hi all,
How do i change my flywheel for wear?

That's an unusual question. Do you mean "check"? If so, what are the fault symptoms?

None, i'm changed the clutch, slave, gearbox and a.c compressor at the weekend and need to check the dual-mass flywheel at the same time.

There should be no more than 25-30mm between the masses.
Mark the outer & inner (I use tippex) with a line across both sections, then turn the inner part clockwise until it stops & place another mark on the outer part only (in-line with your original mark on the inner section)
Measure the distance between the two outer marks.
Be aware though, I recently did a CDTi with clutch slave failure, DMF was well within tolerance, fitted the new clutch & the car lost all drive within a very short distance............the DMF had failed !
There were no previous issues with the DMF (no clutch judder or noises)

DMF should have an easier time on v6's so you should be OK.
