Default Front offside front chrome bumper trim replacement

Dear All,

I recently noticed that the front offside chrome bumper trim on my 2002 Rover 75 Connie had two cracks in it, presumably after being hit whilst parked in the supermarket car park :-(

Fortunately, I've managed to find a genuine replacement on E Bay. I just wanted to know the best way to remove the old one and fit the replacement one? Does the whole front bumper need to come off first?

Many thanks.

Regards,

David
