Default At last something useful from the 3d Printer

Had the 1.8's cable pop out today and had to go under the wheel arch . the whole thing had fell in pieces . as think the black box had popped off.

But got it all out and to help the cable s stay in I knocked this lttle thing
up.

Re posted some piccys due to PhotoBucket

just clips underneath and holds the twin cables in niceNtight , and no slack in the lever now .

The other end alrady has a pad under .. but this would work both ends

Wow, that looks very neat and really clever. Could you make a few more and sell them through here? I'd certainly have one as I've had the cables come adrift more than once.

Up to now I've been learning all the niggles that cause things to go wrong and theres pleny of them ! .

But everyone in the family has a bendy Fossil fish keyring ..

and i've mended the shower door catch with a printed bit . and the current printer is making parts for a new bigger brother ..

So this lil thing is the first "massive production run of 3 " for all our ZT's .
