Racerock3 has passed away
Hello
This is David's wife I am sorry to tell you that David passed away on 2nd March 2018. It has been quite a shock as it happened so quickly, he was only admitted to hospital in 17th Feb. Despite his age he was working on his Rover up to 3 weeks before he died and drove it on the 5th February for the last time. Some of you will remember that it is a dealer launch model Connoisseur in wedgewood blue, it was his pride and joy and he drove it almost every day. I think I may need some help if anyone is in Wales (I'm in Pembrokeshire ) as apart from the car I also have a huge amount of spares bought from DMGRS and Sean and including an engine David bought some time ago from SirRustalot, which I need to do something with and I really don't know where to start. I am hoping I might find a classic car museum that would take the Rover as although David customised it, it can easily be reverted back to the original base. If anyone knows anyone who's connected with such an organisation please could you let me have the contact name and address. David thoroughly enjoyed the meets we went to, chatting to fellow owners about the cars, especially the one at Gaydon where we got to see all the dealer launch models together. Thank you all for your help over the years and future assistance if anyone is able.

Sorry to hear of Davids passing, I think I chatted briefly with him at the national meet in Wales a few years ago.
Regards Ian

So sorry to hear of your loss, and that of the Club. Lovely to know that his fondness for the 75 has rubbed off on you and you clearly have some knowledge and awareness of them. I hope this all runs smoothly for you, and wish you well with coping.
