Yes pins soldered. Brian says its normal on a later model car. Mine is 2005.

Cars with Temic SRS can be read, just not autoliv

If you are in any doubt abut which type of module is fitted to your car a quick and simple check for you.........if your car has the larger fuses in the passenger compartment than your car is equipped with Temic MRS2, if on the other hand your car has the microblade fuses it will have Autoliv SRS fitted

It has the smaller fuses.
