Talking So who's car wants to be in the movies ?

Received the following from the Contact Us....

Hi,

I wondered if you could help us.

Action Wheels provide vehicles to the film & television industry. We are currently sourcing vehicles for a feature film and require a Rover 75.

The car will be required to tow a caravan a couple of times (probably only a couple of hundred yards at a time) so we would require a car with a tow bar. I would also prefer to use a 2.0 diesel as I am led to believe this is the most suitable for towing.

Filming begins at the end of February in the Bristol area.

I wondered if you had any members that may be interested in being involved

Thanks in anticipation

Regards

If you can help please contact him directly. (Keep us updated on this thread please if you are successful)
(I have replied to him that I would let the membership know )

I do hope that it is not a Top Gear Special

The last sold ordered 75 Tourer. Paid for by the Phoenix Four and handed over by John Towers to the Warwickshire Northampton Air ambulance service as a Rapid Response vehicle

a 1.8 would overheat as you hitched it up...
