Doing an internet search on “Large Dahlias” the Balconnet comes up, so it could be these that you are after.

I would estimate those ones are around 36”, however, they are also available in much larger sizes.

What a beautiful bloom I got a mixed bag of exotic bulbs from the Southport flower show as well as some Alliums which I'll be planting up soon for next year.

There are literally 1000's of dahlia varieties and I think you will struggle to find the variety. The petal formation would indicate it is not of exhibition standard and therefore more difficult to match and find a supplier.
I suggest you go online to Halls of Heddon https://www.hallsofheddon.com/dahlias/ who are one of the best dahlia suppliers in the country. Have a look at the large/giant range of decoratives. Louis Meggos has the same creamy colour.

You will find that they will gradually take over your garden as they will give colour from July until the first frosts in November.
Giants are spectacular but for lots of colour small decoratives, cactus and balls will give the most colour.
Jack Gott's site gives some useful info on growing dahlias. http://www.jrg-dahlias.co.uk/how_to_grow_dahlias.htm
