My cars over the years:
1974 Renault 5 (still owned after 35 years)
1983 Morris Ital
1984 Rover 2000 SD1
1987 Austin Metro 1.3
1987 Rover Vanden Plas EFi V8
1993 Rover Maestro 1.3
1987 Rover 825i saloon
1990 Rover 827 SLi saloon
1995 Renault Twingo LHD (still current)
2005 Renault Megane diesel (new)
2009 Audi A3 1.9 tdi (new)
2012 Renault Twingo (new)
2002 Rover 75 diesel auto Connoisseur (current)
2002 Rover 75 diesel manual tourer
2000 Rover 75 2.5 V6 Connoisseur (Current)
2004 Rover 75 diesel auto (Current for parts)
2003 Range Rover Td6 (Current)
2003 Rover 75 diesel auto Connoisseur tourer (current daily driver)
2004 Rover 75 diesel auto saloon connoisseur Facelift (current)

Most miles - Megane bought new 160000
Not far behind is current daily driver bought for 400 quid with my miles on top now totalling 264000

The 825i was the fastest- hooligans machine
Thirstiest- Vanden Plas EFi no surprises there. Manual conversion.

Least reliable 2000 Sd1 but it was 10 years old on a 80 mile commute

Most reliable- nothing has given lots of trouble especially considering age and mileage.

Favourite- that would be telling 😉😉😉😉 but what are there lots of?

If I had stuck with that first MGB I would have saved a fortune!
