Rear number plates
Hi I'm new to this club but had my pride and joy factory car written off in April! Absolutely gutted! But I've found a nice replacement that needs a few bits and pieces sorting! I want the rear number plate making up in the larger shape that was originally fitted to the car ! But I want the. MG rover group ltd decal on the bottom like my last car does anyone know anyone who can do this ? And a standard one with same for the front?
Thanks in advance |

Apparently these people can do them, the correct smiley plate for the rear as well as the MG Rover logo.
Use the contact section and drop them a message. https://numberplate.build/

I believe legally they are correct it should have the plate manufacturers details on it. :-https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/783978/vehicle-registration-numbers-and_number-plates-inf104.pdf
The British Standard for number plates The British Standard sets out the characteristics of the number plate. This includes visibility, strength and reflectivity. To meet the British Standard, each number plate must be permanently and legibly marked with the: • British Standard number (currently BS AU 145d) • name, trademark or other way of identifying the manufacturer or supplier • name and postcode of the supplying outlet. |

I had a pair made up a few years ago with the factory 'MG Rover' logo at the base, I'm pretty sure they came from a chap in (south) Wales. Can't remember his name but I'm sure someone on here will know who I mean...
