Consider looking towards a custom one built to spec. Fiat, msa specs are surprisingly low but what you can add to them makes a big difference.

OK, if you're serious about a roll cage might be worth speaking to Dreadnought. That had the racing supercharged ZT260 (520). Dunno if the cage was done in house, if not might be able to point you in the right direction.

Yes I would recommend Safety Devices at Mildenhall in Suffolk worked closley with them and Gerry Johnstone with the Droop snoot Firenza road saloon racing project.
Of course you would no doubt need to take the car to them for fitting etc and as already stated be prepared for a VERY large bill.
If you are as I suspect looking at some sort of short circuit motorsport then you will without doubt be able to purchase a ready to race car and race it for a season or two for less than the purchase price of a SD rollcage.
If it's junior bangers etc then these folk will sort you out http://www.bangerkit.com/PRODUCTS-SALES.html

Hope this helps and please keep us up to date with your motorsports Rover 75 project as I'm sure like me many will want to come along and see both you and your 75 mixing it out there on the track.

Cheers Ian

And still for sale as far as I'm aware.

The Dreadnought 520 was sold and is now in Australia, it might be worth contacting Paul or Brian Luti and asking about their cage supplier

If you're on facebook look for Lunar Racing, it's a bloke that races a V6 ZS in the same championship as me. I'm fairly sure his cage was a custom one as no one was making ZS ones.

If you're interested in racing a ZT/75 then look at the Peter Best Insurance MG Cup, it's open to all models of MG from 1930's to 2000's and also allows a few Rovers such as K series Metros and Tomcats. We have a few ZR's and a couple of ZS's so a ZT would complete the set!

And how! Did a bit of digging, Demon Tweaks supplies a number of off the shelf cages. One for a 3 series BMW, similar size, similar vintage to a Rover 75 goes from £917.51 + VAT to £1258.40 + VAT

Why on earth would you want to race a R75? You have a load of cars
More suitable than a heavy old tub. Get something light and with a powerful engine. Your choice but when you have finished your own production car as stated a few months ago maybe use that!
Gets coat .....cough cough.........
