Default rover 75 oil filter socket

Hi All, will be carrying out my first ever oil change in a couple of weeks, I have read on the forums that I will need a "special" socket for the oil filter?? does anybody have a "spare" one, or can anyone tell me where I can buy one please? many thanks, Eric.

If no one has a spare to offer, they are available on ebay, here.

Hi Eric, no socket mate sorry, just to remind ya to cover the alternator to prevent any oil dripping into it when you take out the old filter.

Any 36mm socket will do your job
