Airbag Warning Light
My only complaint about my 75 is the the air bag waring light comes on due to one of the plugs and sockets under the drivers seat going open circuit. Slightly daft question but what's the most effective cure. (Usually occurs after wife has moved seat forward - divorce not suitable cure)

The permanent cure is to have the wires soldered. A shorter term one is undo the connector, spray both sides with WD40 and reconnect firmly.

After the WD40 treatment, fasten the connector together with a small zip up cable tie. (It's easier if you're a contortionist).

Take your pick! There are two yellow connectors under each front seat and any one of them can give the air bag warning (two are seat air bags and two are belt tensioners). Pick one, fix it as above. Give it a few days test. If warning reappears, repeat above with another connector. Eventually problem will (hopefully) be solved and you'll feel a lot fitter from the excercise!

Air Bag Warning Light
Many thanks, glad you could decipher my typos - comes of trying to hang upside down to get at the connectors. The only benefit from the exercise is that its so nice when it stops.

My car also suffers with this problem, and I HATE having that light on, It took me ages to get under the seat, and do just one plug, so not looking forward to doing anu more, but the light is still on!

While you're at it do all 4 connectors then it's sorted for good. We usually hardwire but if you need to remove a seat at a later date it can be a pain. Don't forget to disconnect you're battery first and make sure you have you're radio code if there is one.

I WD40'd mine and un-hooked it from the mount, and left it, its been fine ever since. It seemed that the tension of the wires and the fact it was fixed was my fault.
